Delivery and Returns Summary

Slenderella offer standard United Kingdom delivery to all locations in the UK at a cost of £3.95. Orders placed within the EU area will be charged at £6.99 and orders for the Rest of the World at £9.50 (except Australia and New Zealand as this is charged at £9.99 and the USA which is charged at £19.99). All goods are dispatched by Royal Mail.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3-5 working days.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we guarantee a money refund or goods exchanged, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in original condition with the label, swing ticket and barcode undamaged. Then, we will either exchange it providing the item is still available or issue a refund for the full amount the item was purchased for. Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed and your account to be credited.

You'll need to pay the returns postage and for safety, we recommend using a recorded delivery service with a trusted courier or royal mail so your goods are insured to their full value and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We are only able to refund postage costs if the goods are found to be faulty.

Due to hygiene reason we cannot accept any returned underwear items.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payment, if you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert your transaction from your own currency into British Pound Sterling. Any refund will also be issued in British Pound Sterling.
